Leach Botanical Garden in SE Portland

Located at near the intersection of Foster and SE 122nd, Leach Botanical Garden is a peaceful location for a small wedding.  Recommended for less that 100 guests, the City-owned site is well-managed by the non-profit Botanical Society.  

The site includes most tables and chairs needed for a ceremony and reception.  The mostly shaded patio is perfect for late Spring to Fall outdoor ceremony which can then be transformed by your caterer into a lovely dinner reception area.  In case of rain, there is an indoor space which can be expanded with a canopy.  Your caterer can also arrange for a canopy over the entire patio area.

A small kitchen with a very small stove and refrigerator can be used to pre-stage food.  For quality hot food, most caterers will bring commercial ovens on-site for final cooking.

The site is located next to Johnson Creek and has beautiful tall trees and native Oregon plants.  There are rooms for the bride and groom to dress and indoor bathrooms.  As there are neighbors in the general area, there are restrictions on music.

This site is particularly affordable and perfect for the budget conscious!
